With the Free Online Weld Seam Spacing Calculator, you can calculate the required distance between weld seams based on the parameters entered.
A typical case in practice. A technical drawing full of welding details but missing proper spacing dimensions between the welds. Often, only the lengths of the individual welds and the required number in certain sections are given. With this tool, you can save yourself a lot of time by simply entering the total length of the section, the number of welds and their individual length. The spacing between the weld seams will be calculated for you instantly.
Instructions

Results:
After clicking "Calculate", the basic information, such as the total area considered for welding, the specified number of welds and their respective lengths, will be displayed again. The following will be calculated:
The spacing between the welds.
The distance from the center of one weld to the center of the next weld.
Additionally, you will find a visual representation below, showing how the welds should be distributed.
