VO2 Max Calculator

The VO2max Calculator

With the Free Online VO2 Max Calculator, you can determine your cardiovascular fitness by calculating the maximum oxygen consumption per kilogram of body weight based on various fitness tests. The calculation is done depending on the test type you select: Cooper Test, Rockport Walking Test, or 1.5-Mile Run Test.

VO2 Max refers to the maximum amount of oxygen your body can consume and process per minute during intense physical activity. A higher VO2 Max indicates better endurance performance and is an indicator of overall fitness.
