Instructions
Select Gender: Choose your gender from the dropdown menu.
Select Exercise: Choose the exercise for which you want to assess your strength performance. The available exercises are Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts, Overhead Press, and Rows.
Enter 5RM Exercise Weight: Input the weight in kilograms (kg) that you can lift for a maximum of 5 repetitions.
Enter Body Weight: Input your body weight in kilograms (kg).
Calculate: Click on the "Calculate" button to assess your strength performance.
Results: The result is displayed below the calculator and informs you whether you are a beginner, advanced, or pro in the selected exercise.
