Snake Game
In Snake, you control a snake and try to eat as many apples as possible without colliding with yourself. With this free online minigame, you can escape everyday stress for a moment and enjoy simple, classic fun!
By the way, did you know that Snake originated in the 1970s as a popular arcade game? It became especially popular in the 1990s when it was pre-installed on Nokia phones.
Instructions
Controls: Use the W S A D keys on your keyboard or swipe gestures on a touchscreen device to control the direction of the snake.
Speed: Choose the speed using the slider. You can also change it during the game.
Gameplay: Guide the snake to the red apples to eat them and increase your score. Occasionally, golden apples appear for a short time that give you extra points. Make sure not to collide with the snake's own body, otherwise the game will end.
Score and Snake Length: The faster the snake moves, the more points you receive for every collected green apple or golden bonus apple. The snake grows by 1 meter with every apple, regardless of the selected speed. The goal of the game is to collect as many points as possible while keeping the snake as small as possible.
