The optimal protein intake varies depending on your goal, whether you want to lose weight, maintain your weight or build muscle. This tool allows you to calculate exactly how much protein you should consume daily to efficiently support your goals.
Instructions
Select Goal: Choose your goal from the dropdown menu. The options are "Diet", "Weight Maintenance", "Bulk" and "Manual Input".
Enter Weight: Input your lean body mass in kilograms or switch to Body Weight including Body Fat Percentage. You can also use the button on the right to switch to pounds (lbs).
Manual Protein Input: If you select "Manual", you can enter how much protein per kg or lbs of body weight you want to consume.
Calculate: Click on "Calculate" to determine your daily protein intake.
Results: The results are displayed below the input fields. You will see the optimal daily protein intake and a recommended range to help you reach your goal efficiently.
