Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro Technique is a proven time management method that divides work into clearly defined focus phases and short breaks. Typically, you work on a task with full concentration for 25 minutes, followed by a short break of about 5 minutes. After four focus phases, a longer break is taken.
This structured rhythm can help maintain concentration over longer periods of time and reduce mental fatigue.
