Calculation with Last Period (Medical Standard): Use this option if you know the first day of your last period. The calculation is based on 280 days (40 weeks).
Enter Date: Input the first day of your last period.
Cycle Length: Enter your cycle length in days if it differs from the standard 28 days. The cycle length refers to the total duration from the first day of one period to the day before the next period begins.

Calculation with Conception/Ovulation (Biologically Accurate): Use this option if you know the date of conception or ovulation. The calculation is based on 266 days (38 weeks).
