With the Free Online Maximal Strength Calculator, you can determine your one-repetition maximum (1RM) in strength exercises.
Maximal attempts always carry a high risk of injury and should be approached with caution. It is much safer to estimate your one-rep max using this calculator. The closer your test set is to your maximum effort within three to five repetitions, the more accurate the estimate will be.
Instructions
Select RM: Choose the RM (Repetition Maximum) from the dropdown menu. The options range from 1RM to 20RM.
Enter Weight: Input the weight you can lift for the selected RM in kilograms. Click the button on the right to switch to pounds (lbs).
Start Calculation: Click on the "Calculate" button.
Result: The result will be displayed in the area below the calculator. It provides a list of estimated weights you can lift for 1RM to 20RM, based on the selected RM and input weight.
