With the Free Online Audio & Video Editor, you can trim audio and video files, change their speed, and convert them to common formats such as MP3, MP4, WAV, or GIF.
Many online tools for basic audio or video editing come with ads, limitations, sign-ups, or paid export options. This tool offers a free and straightforward way to make simple edits directly in your browser and download the finished file afterward.
Instructions
Upload Audio or Video: Upload a file using the upload button or drag and drop it into the designated area.
Trim:
Start and End: Move the two sliders to select the part of the file you want to keep.
Time Fields: You can also enter the start and end times directly into the corresponding fields.
Preview:
Play: Plays the currently selected section.
Loop: When enabled, the selected section will automatically repeat.
Speed: Choose a playback speed between 0.25× and 4×. You can preview the speed change before downloading the file.
Output Format:
For video files, you can keep the original format or choose options such as MP4, GIF, MP3, or WAV.
For audio files, you can keep the original format or choose MP3 or WAV.
Exporting a video as MP3 or WAV saves only its audio track.
GIF files do not contain audio.
Download: Once you're happy with your settings, click Download to create and save the edited file.
