With the Free Online ADHD Self-Test, you can get an initial assessment of whether you might exhibit signs of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
This self-test is based on the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS), which was developed in collaboration between the World Health Organization (WHO) and researchers at Harvard Medical School.
The test follows the criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition, Text Revision (DSM-IV-TR) and consists of 18 questions that cover the symptoms of ADHD in two main areas: inattention and hyperactivity-impulsivity.
This test is intended for self-assessment only and is not a substitute for a professional diagnosis. A positive result may indicate potential ADHD symptoms, but it does not guarantee a diagnosis. For an accurate evaluation and professional diagnosis, you should consult a doctor or specialist.
