The world is filled with hearsay. A rumor here, a speculation there – everything revolves around half-truths and misinformation, and frankly, I’m fed up with it. Don’t believe anything that hasn’t been scientifically verified.
What is Science?
Let’s take a brief journey through time. In a way, science has always existed. The human drive to understand the world is as old as humanity itself. Even in prehistoric times, our ancestors discovered how to make fire and which plants were edible through observation and experimentation. This curiosity has accompanied us through the ages, constantly motivating us to push the boundaries of the known.
By passing down discoveries and building upon the knowledge of those who came before us, science has evolved into the complex and extensive field we know today. One could say that science is an endless quest for advancement.
And now we find ourselves in a world that has made such progress through science that there are people who deny it, preferring to spread misinformation and hearsay rather than stay true to the truth.
I notice this especially in the fitness community. I frequent many forums, and it can be incredibly challenging to gain a clear understanding. However, there are some websites and scientific articles that allow you to filter out what is evidence-based and what is simply nonsense.
That’s why I will be working on several articles about fitness and publishing them on my website – for you and for myself, to create a clear overview and provide evidence-based information without resorting to baseless myths.
There will always be people who prefer to reject science, but I believe that anyone who outright dismisses science should log off their computer and set aside their medications. All these things – and much more in our daily lives – would not be possible without scientific research. Our modern lifestyle, medical advancements, and technological conveniences are all gifts of science.
Therefore, it is crucial to continue trusting in scientific discoveries and to continuously evolve. Science is not only a foundation of our civilization but also the key to our future developments.

Closing Words
Science is the key to our progress. This has always been the case, and it will continue to be so in the future. Without science, we stand still. Therefore, we should always focus on continuous development and discovery.
