The world is full of hearsay. A rumor here, speculation there, everything revolves around half-truths and misinformation. Honestly, I’m fed up with it. Don’t believe anything that hasn’t been scientifically verified.
What is Science?
Science has actually been around forever. People have always wanted to understand how the world works. Even way back in prehistoric times, our ancestors figured out how to make fire and which plants they could eat just by watching and trying things out. That curiosity never left us. It’s what keeps pushing us forward.
Over the years, discoveries got passed on and built upon, turning science into the huge, complicated thing it is today. You could say it’s an endless journey to learn more and do better.
Today, we live in a world shaped by all this progress. But sadly, some folks just ignore science and spread rumors and wrong info instead of sticking to the facts.
I notice this especially in fitness forums. And I only really spot it because I dive deep into the topic and have learned to filter out a lot of nonsense. Especially when it comes to fitness and nutrition, there’s a ton of scientific data out there to rely on. Unfortunately, only a few websites online actually base their advice on solid science, so most of the tips you find are just plain bad.
That’s why I’m writing several articles about fitness for my website. For you and for me. I want to make things clear and share info you can trust, without any myths.
Some people don’t believe in science, but science is the reason we have the lifestyle, medicine, and technology we enjoy every day and will continue to rely on in the future.

Closing Words
Science is the key to our progress. This has always been the case, and it will continue to be so in the future. Without science, we stand still. Therefore, we should always focus on continuous development and discovery.
