New Page with Current Fitness and Nutrition Articles

I believe it’s becoming quite clear which direction my website is heading. The primary focus will be on Fitness & Nutrition. I will address these topics, as well as general health, in separate articles outside of the blog, continuously updating them.

I’ve now organized everything even better, and more relevant articles on these subjects will follow.

However, since many readers still appreciate other topics in my blog and not everyone is a fitness enthusiast, everything will remain as is—I write about whatever interests me, which can be just about any topic in the world.

As always, everything is thoroughly researched with the best of my knowledge and conscience. Only facts, no myths.
