I believe it’s becoming quite clear which direction my website is heading. The primary focus will be on Fitness & Nutrition. I will address these topics, as well as general health, in separate articles outside of the blog, continuously updating them.
I’ve now organized everything even better, and more relevant articles on these subjects will follow.
However, since many readers still enjoy other topics on my blog and not everyone is into fitness, I’ll keep things as they are. I write about whatever interests me, which can be pretty much any topic in the world.
As always, everything is thoroughly researched with the best of my knowledge and conscience. Only facts, no myths.
