Sugar is a topic that is often discussed, and I’ve just published a new article that delves into the facts surrounding sugar. Clearly, sugar is ubiquitous in today’s diet and is often added in excessive amounts, but there are also many myths and misunderstandings about how it affects our bodies. Sugar is frequently blamed for a range of health problems, but as with most things in life, it’s rarely just one factor that causes issues.
In my article, I demonstrate that sugar can be part of a balanced diet in moderation, without being labeled as “bad.”
