Adequate sleep is an essential component of our health and muscle building that is often underestimated. Therefore, I've added another new main article to my website focusing on sleep and recovery.
Why am I writing this article? Because I struggle to stick to it myself, and recovery is my biggest challenge. Writing about these topics helps me practice what I preach. That's always been true for me.
In the article, we'll explore the different stages of sleep and their impact on our physical and mental recovery. I'll also discuss the importance of both sleep quality and quantity, sharing practical tips on how you can improve your sleep. Not only is sufficient sleep important, but also targeted relaxation and recovery in everyday life.
