In this article, I will provide a brief overview of some exercises along with the most important information about them. To keep the list manageable, I will focus on the major exercises for each muscle group and a few smaller isolation exercises.
Instructions are important. However, for an accurate assessment of whether you are performing the exercise correctly, you need a professional trainer who is knowledgeable enough to identify how you can improve your technique and avoid injuries.
